DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy

EloLin FZ-LLC ("EloLin") respects intellectual property rights. We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent international frameworks.
1. Reporting Infringement
If you believe material on EloGames infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at support@elolin.com with the subject line DMCA Takedown Notice.
2. Required Information (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
Your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the material alleged to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., a URL or game name).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete notices may be rejected. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your claim.
3. Counter-Notice Process
If material you believe is non-infringing has been removed, you may file a counter-notice. Send your counter-notice to support@elolin.com with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or any judicial district if outside the U.S.), and that you accept service of process from the claimant.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
