Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EloGames at games.elolin.com ("the Service"), operated by EloLin FZ-LLC ("EloLin", "we", "us"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its content, except where applicable open-source licenses expressly permit it.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Resell access to the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@elolin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, automation, or scripts to manipulate game scores or leaderboards.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service's anti-cheat mechanisms.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Service content at a rate that impairs others' use.
• Upload, transmit, or post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including UAE law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and our original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Forked open-source games are governed by their respective upstream licenses (MIT), which are displayed in each game's NOTICE file.

5. User-Generated Content

Display names you choose and scores you submit are displayed on leaderboards. By submitting a display name, you grant us a worldwide license to display it in connection with the Service. You may request removal via account deletion or by contacting support.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, ELOLIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EloLin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
